Shelly Manne & His Men – At The Black Hawk Vol. 1 is a classic live jazz album recorded in 1959 at the Black Hawk nightclub in San Francisco. Shelly Manne, a prominent American jazz drummer, leads his quintet, which was one of the most respected West Coast jazz groups of the era.
